No Show & Late Policy
At Studio No.4, we value both your time and ours. Our services are by appointment only, and each booking is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for all clients, the following policy applies:
Cancellations
Same-Day Cancellations:Appointments cancelled on the same day will incur a 50% charge of the booked service.
Cancellations Within 4 Hours of Appointment:Cancellations made within 4 hours of your appointment time will be charged the full service price.
No-Shows
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in being charged the full service amount. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.
Lateness
If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled and you will be charged the full service price.Please contact us as soon as possible if you are running behind — we’ll always do our best to accommodate where we can.
